Once we receive your task request we will assess the task to ensure that it meets the criteria of a “small 30-minute job” and reply by accepting, denying or suggesting a better solution. Your Job Request will typically be answered within an hour or two of receiving it.
Our typical turn-around time in many cases is within the same day, however some tasks may be between 24-48 hours. The WP Source support team will provide a turn around time once your ticket gets approved.
Any fix deemed by WP Source management to be within a 30-minute effort.

If you are unsure about the whether or not a request meets these criteria, send an email to email@example.com or submit it as a ticket via your customer account to our support system and we will either accept, deny or make a suggestion by replying to your ticket based on managerial approval.
Upon setting up your account with WP Source we will ask for the following access:
If your Job Request exceeds a 30 minute task we suggest that you break down the job request into smaller tasks that can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less.
For work outside of the scope of the WP Source 30-minute development agreement, WP Source management may provide alternative solutions to the client including the fulfillment of the task on an ongoing hourly rate of $30/hour or the referral of the project/task to a WP Source development partner.
