How It Works

Once we receive your task request we will assess the task to ensure that it meets the criteria of a “small 30-minute job” and reply by accepting, denying or suggesting a better solution. Your Job Request will typically be answered within an hour or two of receiving it.

Our typical turn-around time in many cases is within the same day, however some tasks may be between 24-48 hours. The WP Source support team will provide a turn around time once your ticket gets approved.

Any fix deemed by WP Source management to be within a 30-minute effort.

Requests should fall within the following categories.

• UI troubleshooting (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Styling elements with CSS
• Content population & image manipulation
• Creation of basic graphics (e.g. buttons, banners, etc.)
• WordPress consulting (advice and support)
• Optimization of CSS, Javascript and Images
• Theme/plugin audits
• Plugin installation and implementation

If you are unsure about the whether or not a request meets these criteria, send an email to support@wpsource.org or submit it as a ticket via your customer account to our support system and we will either accept, deny or make a suggestion by replying to your ticket based on managerial approval.

Upon setting up your account with WP Source we will ask for the following access:

• WP-Admin login credentials
• FTP login Credentials
• Control Panel (Cpanel/Plesk) login credential
• Hosting Account login credentials

Yes, WP Source offers a premium Partner Plan for customers who need a minimum of 5 sites maintained.

If the Partner Plan isn’t right for you, you may apply for our Affiliate Program and refer a new customer to WP Source to earn $10/month for up to 12 months.

If your Job Request exceeds a 30 minute task we suggest that you break down the job request into smaller tasks that can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less.

For work outside of the scope of the WP Source 30-minute development agreement, WP Source management may provide alternative solutions to the client including the fulfillment of the task on an ongoing hourly rate of $30/hour or the referral of the project/task to a WP Source development partner.

You may change your plan at anytime after your initial 3 month signup period.

You may cancel your subscription with WP Source at any time as per the requirements of our Terms of Service.
